Adaptive Strength Coach is a training and coaching product designed to help athletes plan, log, and review strength training. You are responsible for how you use the information and prescriptions provided by the app.
Not medical advice
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have pain, injury concerns, or health conditions that affect training, you should consult a qualified professional.
Subscriptions and trials
Free trials and subscriptions, where offered, are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Unless you cancel before the end of a trial or billing period, subscriptions may renew automatically in accordance with the store’s terms. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your store account settings.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or limit access where necessary to protect the service, comply with the law, or respond to abuse.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to interfere with the app’s operation, billing systems, or security controls.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service beyond what applicable law allows.
- Do not use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The app, branding, content, design, and underlying systems remain the property of their respective owner except where otherwise stated. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product or its materials to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptive Strength Coach is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
